For me, therapy is about creating a relationship where you can feel accepted exactly as you are. You don’t need to have everything worked out, or even to know where to begin. Together we can gently explore what you’re experiencing and begin to find a great sense of clarity, understanding and self-compassion. I offer a warm  and supportive space where you can talk and move at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is integrative drawing CBT, Gestalt and other therapeutic approaches were helpful. I work with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, stress and periods of feeling overwhelmed or lost. I offer sessions both in person and online, allowing you to chose a setting that feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
