At The Coping Corner, we provide counselling and therapy for individuals and couples in a calm, professional, and welcoming space. We make it easier to access support by helping you connect with a therapist suited to your needs.

You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship difficulties, fertility issues, trauma, abuse, LGBT+ issues, work-related stress, life changes, or questions around neurodivergence.

Therapy gives you space to talk things through, understand what has been weighing on you, notice patterns, and build ways to cope. At your own pace, you and your therapist can work towards more clarity, balance, and connection with yourself.
