Meet Sarah Foley

Sarah Foley is a pre-accredited psychotherapist with three years’ experience supporting clients through SOSAD Drogheda.

She offers a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore what is happening for them at their own pace. Sarah works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, attachment issues, distressing life events and grief.

She also supports people living with mental health difficulties, helping clients move towards greater self-understanding, acceptance and self-compassion, while reducing feelings of shame or self-stigma.

Sarah has a particular interest in working with Adult Children of Alcoholics and those who have grown up within difficult or unhealthy family dynamics. She provides a supportive space to explore the impact of these experiences, recognise patterns that may still be affecting life and relationships today, and begin to build a kinder and more compassionate relationship with the self.
