I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and significant life changes, with a particular interest in men’s mental health.

My approach is Person-Centred, Humanistic and Integrative.
I aim to offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening for you at your own pace. My practice is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, recognising and respecting different ways of thinking, experiencing and engaging with the world.

I offer in-person psychotherapy at Coping Corner Therapy Centre in Drogheda, with online sessions also available.
