OPENING SEPTEMBER 1ST

Finding the right support can make all the difference. Our team of therapists is here to listen, understand what you need, and help connect you with the therapist that feels right for you.

How we can support you

You do not need to be in crisis or have everything figured out before reaching out. You may be going through a particularly difficult time, trying to make sense of something from your past, adjusting to a change in your life, or simply looking for somewhere to talk and understand yourself a little better.

Therapy can look different for everyone. For some, it may be a space to work through something specific; for others, it may be about understanding patterns, relationships or emotions that have become difficult to manage alone.

Whatever brings you to therapy, our aim is to help you feel heard, respected and supported, and to connect you with a therapist whose approach and experience feel right for you.

Finding a therapist can feel like a big step. At The Coping Corner, we aim to make that step feel more comfortable by offering a calm, welcoming space where you can find support that suits you.

Based in the heart of Drogheda, our centre brings together counsellors and psychotherapists with a range of approaches, experience and areas of interest. Support is available for concerns including anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, identity and significant changes in your life.

A dedicated therapy centre bringing together trusted practitioners in one welcoming space. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or have no idea where to begin, we want finding the right support to feel simple,
personal and approachable.

Why choose The Coping Corner?

Trusted Professionals
Our therapists are qualified or working towards recognised professional accreditation and are expected to practise safely, ethically and within their professional scope. We take care in who joins the Centre so you can feel confident in the support you receive.

Finding the Right Fit
Therapy is personal, and the right therapist matters. Our practitioners bring different approaches, experience and areas of interest, giving you choice while keeping the process of finding support straightforward and personal.

A Human Approach
You don’t need to be in crisis or have the right words before starting therapy. The Coping Corner was created to make support feel less clinical and more human, somewhere you can talk, feel understood and take things at your own pace.

The vision behind The Coping Corner

The Coping Corner grew from a simple idea:
therapy should feel approachable, human and grounded.

I wanted to create somewhere people don’t feel they need to be on a big “healing journey” or have the right words before they come through the door. Sometimes, you just need somewhere to talk, feel understood and get a little support with what life is throwing at you.

From the beginning, my vision was to bring together a diverse group of therapists and create a centre where both clients and practitioners feel welcome, supported and connected. For therapists, I wanted it to be more than simply a room to work from somewhere they can build their practice while being part of a trusted professional community.
