Life can get messy and overwhelming. Sometimes, all we need is a safe space to sift through it, and find our way forward. Because we’re not meant to carry things on our own.

What Brings You Here

Do you feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure why things don’t feel quite right?

You may be navigating the demands of a high-stress environment, struggling to find
a sustainable work–life balance, wondering whether neurodivergence plays a role,
or carrying the impact of past experiences / trauma.

Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to make sense of it on your own.

In therapy, we’ll work together in a safe, supportive space to explore what’s been weighing on you and what may be getting in the way. At your own pace, we can begin to notice patterns, understand challenges, and support a greater sense of clarity and connection with yourself.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
We can take the first step together.

Hi I’m Denise

A woman with blonde hair and blue eyes smiling and wearing a dark sweater, standing indoors near a plant.

My approach to therapy is tailored to you. I offer an authentic, supportive space where you can show up as you are, without pressure to explain, justify, or have everything figured out.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. In our work together, my role is to provide a calm, steady presence where we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you, at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and manageable.

I support individuals living with the effects of difficult or unsafe relationships, chronic health conditions, cancer, neurodivergence, and a wide range of life experiences that have been hard to carry. I work in a trauma-informed and neurodivergence-affirming way.

Together, we focus on building self-understanding, self-compassion, and clarity about what matters most to you. We also work in practical, collaborative ways to find coping tools, supports, and strategies that fit your life, so you can feel more resourced, grounded, and better able to navigate day-to-day challenges in ways that feel aligned with who you are.
