Meet Trish O’Reilly

Trish is an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist who offers a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore the challenges they are experiencing at their own pace.

With a BSc in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and an MSc in Guidance & Counselling, Trish works from an integrative perspective, tailoring her approach to meet the individual needs of each client. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and aims to create a space where clients feel heard, understood and supported.

Trish works with clients from 16 years experiencing a range of difficulties, with particular areas of interest including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, trauma, and neurodivergence.

Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, supporting clients to develop greater self-understanding, explore patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing and find ways of moving forward that feel meaningful and manageable.

Above all, Trish believes therapy should provide a safe and accepting space where clients can be themselves, without judgement, while being supported to explore what they need to move forward.
