I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and significant life changes, with a particular interest in men’s mental health.
My approach is Person-Centred, Humanistic and Integrative. My practice is also trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming and Polyvagal-informed. This shapes how I see and work with each person, recognising that our experiences can affect how we think, feel, relate to others and respond to the world around us.
I try to understand what may be behind the difficulties you are experiencing, rather than simply focusing on what needs to change. I pay attention to your individual needs, your sense of safety and how your mind and body respond to stress.
I aim to offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, respected and accepted for who you are. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we can explore things together at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer in-person psychotherapy at Coping Corner Therapy Centre in Drogheda, with online sessions also available.
