Meet Maria Murtagh

Maria Murtagh is a psychotherapist at The Coping Corner who works with adults experiencing a range of emotional and personal difficulties, with a particular focus on domestic abuse.

Maria supports clients who may be experiencing or recovering from abusive relationships, including emotional and psychological abuse. Therapy can offer a confidential space to make sense of what has happened, explore its impact, rebuild trust in yourself and begin moving forward at your own pace.

Her approach is centred on providing a supportive, respectful and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship, where clients can feel heard and explore their experiences safely.
