Meet Elaine Reynolds
I’ve always been drawn to the quiet, tender places in people, the parts we often hide, even from ourselves. Holding space for someone to feel safe enough to show up as they truly are is something I never take for granted. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they begin to untangle, soften, heal, and rediscover themselves. This work matters deeply to me because I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and heard without judgment. I care about creating a space where people don’t have to be “fine,” where they can be messy, unsure, hurt or hopeful and still met with warmth and respect.
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore what’s troubling you at your own pace. Using an integrative approach grounded in person-centred therapy, I draw from CBT, Gestalt, and other models to support you with anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, and stress.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply know something needs to change, we can explore what’s really important to you in a calm space. I work with clients both in person and online, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
